The staff are very nice, professional, helpful and they really care about their patients. I have referred all my family members and friends. They are so grateful for the referral. She sincerely cares for her patients, and she including her associates and staff treat you as a family member and makes you very relaxed. I have had major dental works done and never felt any discomfort and pain. Costs are very reasonable and they will help you get easy access to payment plans if needed. Overall experience....exceptional and will never go to any dentist again! I highly recommend her.

Luckily, I found this clinic and went there. I had a great experience over there. Dr. Crisol and the associate doctors are very professional and listen to your issues very carefully and recommend the treatment accordingly. The best part is that this office deals with the insurance companies directly ☺☺ Also, the environment is so comfortable and they follow all of the covid protocols that you feel so safe. I really appreciate their extra efforts they put to ensure the health & safety of everyone. I recommend Dr. Crisol's office to all of my friends and relatives. Well done NorthPark Team ??

Edit: I've had multiple additional appointments here since my previous statement, and I'd like to reiterate what I've said before. Each time I've been here has been fantastic. Dr. Heidari in particular has performed a root canal for me, and since my initial review, has done multiple fillings for me. I am so very pleased with the work she's been done. The fillings in particular that she's done for me are nothing short of amazing, and I am VERY pleased with the result, and am excited for the rest of the work to be completed.

My hygienist - Thuy was very knowledgeable and took the time to provide me with information regarding at home dental care after my appointment. Unfortunately, I didn't catch anyone else's names but all my interactions were very pleasant - including the receptionist, doctor, the person that took my scans. They all walked me through the step-by-step process of what was happening and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I would 100% recommend coming here!
