K	K P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going here since 2017 and I’m very impressed with Dr Dimovski and the majority of her staff. I’ve spoken so highly of Dr Dimovski that my entire family ended up switching dentists over the last few years. In the last month, my kids and I had 4 appointments for cleanings, xrays, molar coatings, etc. Very strict covid protocols are currently in place. I’m giving 4 stars because one of the office admins was overzealous in her enforcement of hand sanitizer at my last 2 appointments. I was left feeling humiliated but Dr Dimovski took time out of her busy schedule to apologize, explain, and smooth things over with me. These are very sensitive times and, in order to avoid misunderstandings, it’s crucial that everyone is on the same page when it comes to covid guidelines. NOTE: If your skin can’t handle commercial hand sanitizer, be sure to have your own or you will be expected to wash your hands with soap and water at the clinic.
M	M T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family have been going to see Dr. Dimovski for the last 20yrs. My kids are since grown and would never go elsewhere and nor would me and my husband. Dr. D and her staff go that extra mile providing excellent service. Examples After any major treatment she calls to see how you are feeling and calls the next day to ensure things are still ok. Her staff is Excellent! Always helpful patient and kind. I cannot say enough! We are blessed to have found such a wonderful person in our dentist and staff. I will never going anywhere and encourage anyone and everyone to come and visit her and her team they will never seek for another dentist. The Best!

Reception is nice, hygienist is very gentle, quality of dental care is excellent and everyone is very welcoming and genuine. Have never felt her needles going in and not felt any pain during the procedure. She is the best dentist I have ever had work on my teeth. Recommended.

Dr. Elizabeth was really nice and made sure I understood my dental options and gave me a thorough examination. I get really bad anxiety when it comes to getting my teeth checked, but she made feel very comfortable and welcomed. I definitely wanna make her my new dentist.

Starting with the wonderful receptionist, Mira, her introduction to the office was warm and inviting. Once she was in “the chair”, her hygienist Joanna was absolutely amazing; so patient and gentle, and funny! Dr. Beidoun took her time to make my daughter feel relaxed and comfortable, and was so kind. My li’l one kept asking the very next day when she would get to go back to the dentist! Thanks so much for making this potentially difficult “first” an experience my favourite wee one can’t wait to repeat!

The staff are always professional and friendly, I feel like they strive to give the best care possible. They also do a great job maintaining their schedule and ensuring minimal wait times. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I made appointment and saw Dr. Mir and i was happy, definitely made a good decision going there. Also they will help out to people who don’t have dental benefits too which was good too for me as well. One more thing, receptionist Daniella is perfect example of perfect customer service, very polite, nice, all good.....basically everything is good I'm glad i choose that office.
