C	Carlea Dunn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we got referred to Dr Jody snook over a year and a half ago for my son who was already seeing a paediatrician in kamloops so that he could have one continuing on in vernon when we moved, we are just now getting an appointment. On top of that the office staff called and rescheduled our zoom appointment to the 28th of october from the 16th. They call today on the 16th and I didn’t have my phone because I wasn’t expecting a call today. I call back and the staff deny’s ever rescheduling even though i put it in my calendar while I was on the phone with them and then didn’t even try to make it up and just stated “well you just won’t get a paediatric assessment then” They are very unorganized and unprofessional I am not at all impressed after having to already wait so long to even be called by them. I do not recommend going to them at all you would have a better chance getting in somewhere else.
J	Jed Voeltz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a few experiences with this place and all were terrible. The most recent was they called me for a phone appointment for my son. It was 1pm on a Thursday while I was at work and my son at school. Why would I book an appointment for that time? Then after giving me a snotty attitude because I couldn't take the call, I recieved an email with a $25 missed appointment invoice in my 6 year old sons name. And to top it off the email was sent from a no reply address so now I have hoops to jump through to argue it. Absolutely ridiculous.

She is a patient and practical Dr. She hears the concerns we had and in a very knowledgeable way will discuss the pros and cons of an either wait and see or jump to action response. The office staff have always been very fair and have the constraints of an overloaded system to contend with. We appreciate you!!
