★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, très amicaux et vous donne l'heure juste. Ils sont très disponibles pour questions et conseils, même pour un débutant comme moi. Des fois tu te dis "Je connais pas grand chose a la guitare, je vais avoir l'air cave", ben non ! C'est comme si tu allais voir un bon chum qui connait ca.
 Excellent service, very friendly and on point. They are very available for questions and advice, even for a beginner like me. Sometimes you say to yourself "I don't know much about the guitar, I'm going to look cave", well no! It's like you're going to see a good boyfriend who knows this.

J'ai un casque BeyerDynamic au quel le port Jack s'est brisé
Il a essayer de le réparer avec plusieurs prise jack différentes mais au final c'est pas seulement le port jack qui est brisé mais aussi le fil au complet.
Il ne ma pas chargé pour les différentes port jack qu'il a utilise afin de réparer étant donné que c'est le aussi le fil le problème il a pris 30minutes de son temps pour essayer de le réparer le plus vite possible car je part en vacance bientot. Donc il l'a donné a son technicien pour des repartions plus avancé et fait tout en son possible pour que je le reçoive avant de partir en voyage. Hyper aimable et serviable je recommande pour tout réparations sur des appareils audio ou de musique.

I have a BeyerDynamic headset on which the Jack port broke
He tried to repair it with several different jack sockets but in the end it was not only the jack port that was broken but also the entire wire.
He didn't charge me for the different jack ports he used to repair since that's also the wire the problem he took 30 minutes of his time to try to fix it as soon as possible because I'm leaving vacation soon. So he gave it to his technician for more advanced repairs and did everything possible for me to receive it before leaving on a trip. Super friendly and helpful I recommend for any repairs on audio or music devices.
