★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to stumble across this little gem. We'll equipped with everything the average lifter would need for resistance training. Make sure you ask for a tour because there's all sorts of goodies hidden in various nooks. Exemplary customer service, clean and well-maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dated equipment. The main work out room is crowded with teenagers. In a very tight space. They are loud as expected of people that age and they dominate the equipment. I know the kids need some place to go. However it be nice if the adults have some place to go as well. Feels like a daycare to me. However obviously there's limited options on Salt Spring for fitness facilities. It would be nice if they extended their hours to at least 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. on the weekdays. I'm only speaking from my personal experience of course.
