★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian was very helpful as our house inspector when buying our house in Nakusp. Not only are his rates reasonable, but he was very professional, easy to communicate with and available for questions and follow-up information after the initial inspection. It was also a bonus that Brian is a certified WETT inspector as well so we could have the wood stove officially inspected along with the general inspection for insurance purposes.
Brian's reports are very well written, thorough and a document we continually refer back to as we start renovating our house.

We were on a major time crunch and luckily Brian was willing to change his schedule to do the inspection within a day of contacting him. We were blown away by his willingness to help. The entire process was smooth and thorough. We received a very detailed report that evening with photos, descriptions of the problems and possible solutions. He also did a walk through of the home with us and provided any additional help and explanations that we needed. I would highly recommend his services.

Not only is his structure knowledge accurate and extensive, he was really helpful with information about newer building technology. I felt his report was accurate and it gave me peace of mind as I list my house - I know my buyer will enjoy a quality built house with very few issues!
