looked around, noticed that this woman's all up on me then she asks me if i stole anything because she "saw me on the cameras". i empty my pockets and i swear on my life she gave me dirty looks ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I love gaurdian and have never had an issue. However, moments ago I had my friend take my little sister to gaurdian to fill her prescription. While waiting, they looked around the make up section. My little sister was then approached by an blonde older woman in her 40s who worked there asking to see what's in her pockets? We saw u on the cameras. My friend informed me the tone and the way she came at my sister was unnecessary. She emptied her pockets and proved there was nothing and then they thought she stole air pods (which gaurdian doesn't even sell) sounds to me because 2 brown ladies walked in they must be up to no good. And no apology. My little sister is shooketh.

then 1 star. I am incredibly insulted and disturbed by the people working behind the pharmacy counter at the Guardian on Algonquin in North Bay. My interaction with Carla and this other woman with a thick accent was completely outrageous and filled with rude attitude. I spoke with the manager several days after as I was still bothered by how I was spoken too. Today, I dreaded having to go back to the store as I was doing an exchange. Fun accent lady, surely warned I'd be coming in at some point, pounced at the occasion. I just wanted to pick up my items and leave. Instead, I was being lectured as she questioned me, demanded explaination, belittled me and spoke down to me. There was zero reason for me to have to tell her anything at that point. I felt extremely uncomfortable and blown away by what she was doing. I cannot believe the people they have working there and how they think it's ok to talk to others in this demeanor. I don't plan on ever going back and I encourage using other pharmacies that treat you with respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot believe that Guardian has stooped to the level they have when it comes to hiring pharmacists. They have hired one that is rude, lacks any form of empathy, abnoxious, argumentative and just a plain B,,,,. She has an accent and feels she owns the place. I have spoken with plenty of your customers and soon to be non customers because of her. Worst decision ever in hiring her. After 25 years of being a customer, I am no longer and am positive your clientele will have a major turnover because of her. You have scraped the bottom of the barrel with this one.
