Because the owner has immediately got in touch with me, to apologize for the inconvenience ?? I am very impressed that even before I got home....that he was very sorry ??? Thx again Nathan for the quick response and apology ??
J	Joshua Reynolds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Up here visiting family and decided to hit up the pub before we head back south. The service was phenomenal! The food was all you could ask for, for pub grub. Great portions, hardy, and very tasty. I came here for a Guinness but their supplier short changed them over Christmas and didn't deliver their kegs of the sweet, sweet dark nectar!?!? Can't fault the Fox & Fiddle for that. Their soup was fabulous ?
H	Harold Sanders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate there on Sunday night my wife and I both had fish and chips fish was battered haddock the chips we're home style my wife opted for a caesar salad rather than chips our waitress what is very efficient and friendly service was excellent and found the background music enjoyable because of it being Sunday and early in the evening there was only a few in the bar and we were the only ones on the dining room side all in all a pleasant experience

The waitresses are terrible they have no costumer service, unless your a regular you'll be waiting a very long time for your drinks. Website say open until 2am we ordered food at 11 but the kitchen was closed we watched the cook drink in front of us for 1 and a half hour before we left.. In my opinion if your open till 2 the kitchen should be too... The owner was here drunk changing the song every 30 seconds terrible business owner. This is why I don't support local!

There was one large group and ourselves at tables and several people at the bar so the service was slow. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and my tablemate had the fish tacos. The piece of chicken in the sandwich was tiny and the bun was burned. I should have sent it back but I didn't want to wait a long time for a new one. My tablemate also reported the tacos as not very inspiring. The beer was good.
T	Tim F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lunch at The Fox and Fiddle today during a gorgeous mid-day business meeting. The waitress was really pleasant but forgot to introduce herself. She was apologetic after she keyed in the wrong salad for my friend. The salad that I had was above average, but the chicken did not taste fresh. The meal was saved by the delicious Geteway City Brewery beer which had a spritzy composition on a good pour. Overall for this experience I would recommend another patio, but wouldn't write them off after one lackluster performance.

They realize what they're doing and what they're discussing, and you can tell satisfying the clients is their fundamental need. Food is very great, some works of art and a few turns, and at their costs it's 100% worth the effort.
