They would buy the parts from the dealer and marked the parts up 40 percent from what I could buy them from the dealer. So I decided to bring it to NB power cycle. First of all the price was $500 for the same job. The customer service from the service and parts people were than 5 star service. As a local garage owner I kind of expect good service but these guys were great. Hands down I would recommend North Bay Power Sports. Your team is absolutely FANTASTIC.

I had the absolutely best service ever!! Gary and Darryl were so friendly and accomodating. It was such a pleasure having such great help with the purchase of my brand new Honda Rebel 300. I will always be grateful for their excellent and superior customer service! All the other staff at the counter were also extremely friendly and pleasant!
