★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. I received no 30 minute courtesy call....driver gave me 10 minutes to get home....I got home in 11 minutes...driver was gone. They also led to ikea with a fake call log saying they called me....but I received nothing before driver showed up at my apt. Garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Didn't show up for delivery and never told me. I called them and they promised they'd show up a few hours later. Again, they didn't show up. I had to call them again and they again said they weren't coming. They promised to deliver the next morning and also refund the delivery fee. They delivered it finally, never refunded the delivery fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried to book 4 different loads with Elizabeth and non of them were good go. On the last one they told us that shipment not going to be ready for a pickup, we have called shipper and load was good to go. But they refused to keep us on this load, because they told that other carrier was already assigned for it. On another one load was picked up by another truck in front of us. So it seems that those guys are booking few trucks for one load and keep shopping around when they book a truck. Total time waste doing business with them. Andrew
