โ โ โ โ โ Two years ago Norris and his guys replaced our roof and removed/closed our chimney. They did an excellent job. Today they came over to clean our gutter and checked the shingles after my wife, Gemma, noticed some water leaking in the gutter. People who take responsibility and pride in their work then also honour their warranty are rare. The people he sent were very positive and sunny in their disposition which could be a reflection of the work culture in this company. Iโm impressed!

โ โ โ โ โ We contacted Rob from Norris roofing for a minor damage (from very high winds) from a roof Norris had installed in 2009. Rob was polite, courteous and very professional on the phone, and called us to update us on the status of the service crew.
Rob's crew was also polite and very professional, and had the damage fixed in about 5 mins or so.
This is indeed a very impressive company where not only was a roof installed (excellent work btw), but service given almost 12 years later just as professionally as when original roof was done.
We would very highly recommend Rob and Norris roofing, and will use them again in the future. Thank you very much for treating us as a valued customer and not as a number. Cheers. Will.

โ โ โ โ โ Our roof and eaves troughs were way overdue for an upgrade. Rob Jr was polite, straightforward and honest. Norris roofing pricing was competitive and they went above and beyond our expectations. Previously we had concerns about leak issues between the siding and walls of the house and eaves trough drainage but Rob Jr addressed everything and made sure we were happy. My neighbors were so impressed with our beautiful new roof, speedy removal and installation that they have been asking for their number ever since! My only complaint is now all the doors and windows have to be replaced to match the shiny new black roof! Thank you for the great service Norris Roofing!

โ โ โ โ โ We just had our roof done by Norris Roofing we highly recommend this company. I canโt even begin to explain how professional they are and honest which is hard to find in this business. Our roof was completed with all the weather shields ice shield fixed existing valley problems as well as updated vents and exhaust vents. If you need your roof to be done call Norris roofing they just donโt do homes but commercial buildings. When they left my home was left clean if all debree and my gardens untouched. A shout out to Johnathan and his Dad for looking after us .

โ โ โ โ โ Norris Roofing are highly skilled roofers who completed a complex job for me quicker than estimated. They installed new soffits/fascia, did some repair on some siding and added some siding.
Rob Norris is wonderful to deal with. He responds to texts within the hour and is a great communicator.
Norris Roofing was highly recommended to me and I have been recommending them to others.

โ โ โ โ โ After the storm on Sunday, during the May 24th long weekend, we had 2 rows of shingles that blew off. Contacted Rob, who despite the many repairs that he had to do, managed to get a crew out to me on Thursday morning. They were professional, friendly, answered all my questions and did a great job. You wouldn't even know which section had been repaired. Would very highly recommend :-)
