Paul and Bjorn were always happy to answer our many questions in a prompt manner and also helped with design and material suggestions. We were very impressed with Lyan and his installation crew; he worked very long hours with great attention to detail. They also kept the work area clean and tidy. Our house looks completely different now (in a good way!) and we have been continually getting compliments from family, friends and strangers. All in all, we were super impressed by the whole process and would highly recommend Paul, Bjorn and the rest of the company for any exterior renovation projects. Thank you so much!

I was extremely worried about being taken advantage by people who claim to be experienced and qualified in repairing the damages. I called Blue Jay exterior renovations company. The owner, Bjorn Delblance responded, he came an hour later to see the damages, and the dames wore repaired within a week 100 percent to my satisfaction. The cost was reasonable, and his employees wore extremely professional in doing the repairs, answering my questions, and addressing my concerns! I am thankful to have come across these people! ?

I have worked with many contractors in the past but this company was the best to work with. I was amazed with the great communication. Bjorn and Paul have always kept me updated ,informed me about every change of plans or about something that was not up their standards and needed to be corrected. They were very quick responding to my emails. Paul and Bjorn were very patience with me and they absolutely made sure I was happy with with the final product. We had a section of our siding blow off in a wind storm 6 months ago and have not been able to find a single contractor willing to help us out. Vendors would not return calls, a couple would arrange to come out to look at the area and give a quote, and then never show up, we even had companies just "ghost us" after initial contact! It's been really frustrating. I realize it's a busy time for building and renos, but the lack of customer service and upfront approach is pretty disheartening. Fast forward to my experience with Blue Jay. I called, they took my info and someone called me back within two hours (wow!). I sent them pictures of the problem area. Through that, they informed me that our existing siding was discontinued, however they provided us options. They were open to any questions I had, and were extremely responsive. Not only that, they were able to squeeze us in within days of the initial phone call. I cannot stress enough how appreciative we are to have found them, and I cannot rave enough about their professionalism and willing to follow through. We are very happy with the finished product and we want to extend a special thank you to Bjorn who was particularly helpful!

He was so friendly, helpful and professional. I was very impressed. Then Rene came a few hours later to do the repairs and install new siding sections. Rene was also so friendly, professional and accommodating. My impression and experience with Blue Jay Exterior Renovations was so good!
