Badly prepared with less than adequate servings of bad unhealthy food, runny soup, fatty thin meat, tasteless vegetables, rice etc, runny pudding. Continual back to back quarantines in thier rooms, weeks and weeks at a time.thats not right, its inhumane.i feel sorry for the souls who have to live there.
