★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best place to stay in Tahsis, which isn't saying much, but this place deserves a better description that that! The rooms are super clean and nice and well-appointed, including the kitchen. The owner is a chef who also operates Tahsis Time Grill. The price is very fair, the backyard is beautiful, and the experience, overall, is first-class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nootka Gold was a wonderful place to stay in Tahsis. I stayed for one week in August 2020. Silvie was a wonderful host. The unit was clean and well equipped, easy to find and parking onsite. I rented the lower suite with the full kitchen and had access to the patio, bbq and backyard; a lovely setting amidst gardens the great outdoor beauty of the wilderness at the end of the yard. I highly recommend Nootka Gold for anyone wishing to stay in Tahsis!

Silvie was so responsive and kind and the suite was clean, bright, warm and cozy - with great internet (which is important for me when I am working). I had an excellent night's rest and would recommend this if you're staying in Tahsis for work or pleasure.
