★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found these guys on a Google search. Called them on a SUNDAY. They not only answered the phone but was able to accommodate an emergency post Reno clean the very next day. They showed up in a team. Super professional and very friendly. Got the job done beyond expectations and quickly. Highly recommend. Fantastic service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sold a very well executed pitch from Richard for commercial cleaning. I was told there would be a supervisor on each shift and at least 3-4 cleaners. Our first experience, Richard and another gentleman showed up. Richard left within 5 minutes. As seen on security cameras, the man was left alone and took a paper towel and "touched" each glass without moving the cloth. Used our swifter to run it on the floor a few times back and forth then left with our garbage bags. When I asked to speak with Richard, he has not able to meet but sent the same rep to come to speak with me. When I asked him how many staff were on hand, he put up four fingers. I asked for my keys back on the spot. You make your own assessment if you want to use this company. I would not.
