★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve lost track of how long I’ve been using ScreenHunter Pro, I’m guessing 5 – 8 years or so. I find it the best screen capture application for my needs which includes customer & tech support, training and a plethora of obscure reasons. I’ve tried others that offer some editorial features like shadows, tear effects and the like, but even then I’ll sometimes use the image I’ve been able to quickly grab using your product. Kudos for a job well done.
I love the additional features in the product where I can have everything I need in one application.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a long-time user of ScreenHunter Free and really liked it. I recently bought ScreenHunter 7 Pro. What a delight of functions there are! It opened a lot of new ways to capture and record :-)
The image editor is very intuitive. See, I'm not a Photoshop guy, the 3-layer idea saved me a lot of time. I can add some notes and keep them editable in the future.
Very happy with the upgrade :-)

We emailed them twice of a period of two weeks and never heard
back from them.
No customer support whatsoever! Go else where for your software,
as once this firm has your money, they do not care about you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy ScreenHunter 7 Pro, in fact, using it every day. I like the features, so many, and they are all upfront, so no digging for settings. It is truly what you see is what you get. For example, it captures the new Windows 10 big color cursor. Not many apps can do that.
I also like the powerful image editor that comes with it. Quality image resizing, drawing arrows, and highlight boxes are very good for my business.
I found their online step-by-step guides and videos helpful, and they even have a classic help file online. I emailed a support question the other day, they replied the next day.
In my view, this is probably my best-valued software after Office.
