The quality of the experience was great. They did a great job making sure everything is cleaned and tidy. They always double-checked before they leave. The reliability in terms of timeliness and their performance was great. They may come early to be familiar with their surroundings. The perceived value is also great. It is not expensive and affordable.

They do their chores really good. I will always use them every time I need cleaners. Very hardworking and nice people. All over performance -- I am contented and happy with the service. Always on time, ask question, and have the common sense to do their work, no need to supervise, can be trusted. They value all their client well, treat each one as a friend, and help each other. They do their work as what you expect and always finish on the way you want it to be.

The quality of the cleaning was fantastic. My home looked fantastic and smelled fresh and clean. There were some stains in the shower that the worker was able to completely remove. Very very reliable. Showed up at the time set for the service. Very professional and pleasant attitude. Appeared to really love their job which truly showed in their work. The value of the service was more than well worth it. I use Mary Maid service monthly and am very very pleased.

I have no complaints and no doubts that the job was done right. It was top notch quality. I have a very hairy dog and there was no sign of dog hair anywhere. I was extremely impressed. I would highly recommend them for any type of cleaning need.

Over the phone Claudia said they will clean the kitchen cabinets,windows and doors when I came to see they didn’t even touch the cupboards and windows. When I called Claudia she denied and said if you want the cupboard it will extra $25. She was shouting over the phone and not even helpful. Rude people, bad service, bad cleaning, everything was so bad. It was a small 1 bedroom apartment totally waste $250. The worst thing is she never answer your calls. I was calling from my number she didn’t answer when the girl called her she answer her call immediately.I don’t know how they do business. Her girls came in BMW XUV but didn’t even know how to talk to someone. Bad people.
