★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offers great deals on a phone only to back track less than 24 hours later . Very disappointed that they would not honour their commitment. Not good business in my opinion. I seem to suspect someone made a mistake and didn't want to own up to it so lied instead . Sorry ,but this was the first and last time I will go here.
Update : as to a response to the owners comment , this incident happened 9 months ago and you are only responding now? As for the details I , called in the morning to inquire about a new phone plan and came in to go over the details of the phone plan in which I didn't have much time so I told them that I would return the next day to sign the paper work. The following day I came in and the fellow I was dealing with just the day before started to pretend that he didn't remember me or the details of the plan. But then called the obviously more seasoned employee over to explain to me that the plan was no longer available to me anymore, even though I clearly expressed to them that I was going to take the deal the day before. I still don't believe that plans can change within a that little time without a businesses knowledge, but if that is what you say and don't honour commitments that is entirely up to you. It is your business afterall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must admit that the customer service that we had received while shopping at the NIPAWIN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS was absolutely AMAZING ???. The gentlemen that we had the pleasure of meeting and helped us out in every possible way they could. I am very impressed with the customer service we had received while there It was most pleasing to be welcomed with such warmth and happiness ,just all around feeling of welcome from the moment we walked into the store. I am not exaggerating when I say this ,I mean there was myself and my partner and my 2 adult daughters all there for one thing or another. We were getting internet hooked up and cable also buying a cell phone for pre paid so my daughter had a phone also my other kid needed minutes and hook up internet and etc. We all needed help this day and we' were ready for a bit of a time consuming shopping in the event we all got what we came for. Oh and just to add that they were other customers in the store as well,. Needless to say and to our amazement we all got served and we all got what we came for and most pleasing to say we're in and out within 20 mins and even got asked if we wanted a coffee????. Yes all were absolutely satisfied and left that store with everything intended and even left with a feeling of warm fuzzies lol, ya get what I mean right?
I rate this. Store a 10/10 two thumbs up and recommend this shopping experience to anyone needing cell phones,internet hook up, or cable or even just minutes for phone. Go meet these beautiful staff in this business ?. You won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I opened my phone to find that basically 95% of my pictures had vanished. I stopped in at the local subsidiary of the business where I bought the phone from in Saskatoon only to be told the pictures were gone - end of story. I went directly to Nipawin Computer Solutions where, in less than five minutes, Barry figured out the issue and retrieved the " missing" pictures. Since some of these pictures included my Dad's last Christmas I was beyond relieved and thankful! I highly recommend Nipawin Computer Solutions for their expertise and outstanding staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned this store yesterday to see if they could meet at store so I could purchase a new router, owner agreed to do so but then avoided my phone calls after he promised he would "reach out." Greatly disappointed in Barry, and in a small town such as Nipawin the word travels fast. I do recommend conducting Business with Nipawin Computer Solutions.
