★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this is a park. Plan and simple. But it does have large spaces and some covered lunch tables. Worse thing is it's very far away from any washrooms and the ones they built there are only open a couple of months of the year. So definitely check if the washroom is actually unlocked before consuming any lunch

Breezy ..
It is located near a well maintained bike path and the river is steps away..
