All three trees are extremely healthy, thriving, and tolerating our Toronto winter. The owner Dan is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about everything palm related. Best customer service I have ever experienced! I will be buying a new palm tree from Dan this spring. Steer clear of other palm tree whole sellers in the GTA area. I have had a very poor experience with XLB palms and others. Stick to Dan and Niagra Tropics if you want to avoid a headache.
