We took a couple massage and we regret spending money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy a groupon or book a massage here. Scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance and called day prior to confirm. Arrived and they say they sent their massage therapist Home because it wasn’t busy even though they had booked appointments. The kid that runs the front desk laughs and thinks it is funny he has inconvenienced people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate this place to zero, I would. This is my first time trying out this place and I got really bad service experience directly from the owner. I have brought this voucher as a birthday gift for my boyfriend as a couple massage. I contacted the place to book an appointment 3 weeks in advance. The owner pickup the phone and told me to call back 1 day before the appointment date to book the appointment, because the time that I wanted to reserve is always available. I contacted back on June 7, one day before the appointment date that I wants to book as told by the owner, but then he comes up with some excuses that they have a renovation done that weekend so he can’t book me in. He didn’t tell me this 3 weeks ago, he was so sure that it will available even I questioned him 3 times “are you sure” l. if he told me that there might be a renovation going on, I would of booked somewhere else and now it’s last minutes that there is not too many places has the time that I wanted. I’m very disappointed and disappointed also with groupon, because it’s my first time purchasing groupon to try out but they didn’t have an easy way for contact for a refunding complaint. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here, because if I can’t trust what they said then how can I trust their service to have them massage me. ?? I have to pay extra money for another place place before I can get my refunds.
