What i love about this clinic is that not only is close by to where I live, but the RmT and physio are always caring and attentive to your needs.The rmt helped to release tension on the knot muscles on my back and it helped me with my everyday productivity the next day. I highly recommemd this friendly clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ their secretary is the worst! no customer service skills whatsoever. When I called she just said « hello? » I had to ask if I was calling the clinic to which she said yes in a condescending tone. When you call any receptionist they should confirm who you’re calling. Secondly, I booked an appointment with her only to have her not answer the day of and the door was locked. Waited for an hour just for the secretary to finally answer and tell me she doesn’t have me on file. No empathy, no offering to reschedule just attitude and short answers. The message itself is probably good but I will not be returning solely off the secretary’s lack of customer service skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional clinic. Owner was extremely rude to me and when I called multiple times, I never received an answer regarding my appointments and was just left on read. Don't come here, there are much better places in scarborough that will provide better customer service and quality of care.

Booking appointments is quick and easy and the lady at the desk is very friendly. Massage therapists are skilled and know how to treat pain.
The overall place is very clean and comfortable.
Im highly satisfied with my experience at this clinic
