Worst family doctor. Equipments are super outdated and she obviously does not care about her patients.

Terrible! Her knowledge is dated, and one of her receptionists (think her last name is Wu, whoever the oldest one there is) is super rude and doesn't do her job! She was supposed to help me make an appointment but just told me to go home and do it myself. Avoid!!!

I been with this family doctor for 10 years. Poor customer service on the staffs and poor service on the doctor. Pricing always changing, doctor ruby never give you details about your health issues. Every time I go in she only see me less then 5 minutes.

Ruby Ng is a lazy doctor who seems to take guesses as to what her patients need. I stopped going to this doctor years ago when I went to her for an allergic reaction. Because my lip was swollen, her solution for me was to "not let food touch my lips". My elderly mother had a phone appointment with her recently because of arm pain and numbness. Dr Ng immediately prescribed her antibiotics because it "sounded like a nerve infection".

I guess if their strategy is to get less or no appointments and have a more relaxed day then they're definitely progressing. The attitude of the front staff is definitely turning you away from this clinic, mission accomplished.

If I can give this place zero stars, I would. The receptionist here is extremely rude, honestly the rudest I have ever come across. She called me and after I answered, she immediately very rudely and harshly said, "Did you not get my voicemail?" I said, "No, I didn't," which was the truth. She then said in a very annoyed tone, "I sent you a voicemail. How come you didn't get it?" I was completely taken back as I have never heard a medical office receptionist talk that way before. It doesn't matter whether I received the voicemail or not. She shouldn't be this rude, period. She then proceeded to tell me the details of my mom's scan appointment, and when I asked her, "where is it going to be?" She very rudely said, "I told you before." I was so confused at this point and was beginning to get annoyed, and said, "No, you never told me anything." She got even more frustrated and raised her voice at me, saying, "You should have it. I told you." I don't know why she feels the need to argue about this when she can just tell me where the appointment is going to be. I was also beginning to suspect that maybe she has me confused with my sister. We then got disconnected because I entered into the garage. This receptionist then proceeded to call my mom (to give her the appointment details since we had gotten disconnected) and actually RAISED HER VOICE at my mom, who is 72 years old and has been going to this doctor for over 30 years. The receptionist then HUNG UP on my mom even though my mom wasn't finished talking and called my sister, and actually voiced her frustrations at her. She even said to my sister, "Do you need me to repeat this (date and time of appt) two times?" as if my sister was stupid. My sister got upset and confronted her. She also reprimanded the receptionist for raising her voice at our 72 year old mother. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled at this terrible treatment of patients and honestly have never come across such childish and insensitive behaviour. Clearly this receptionist is a very unhappy woman who has trouble regulating her emotions and is taking her anger and frustration out on the patients which is absolutely unacceptable.

Lazy and incompetent doctor with rude staff. Gave my mom the run around to try to charge her for another visit saying she failed the exam that they gave her in a dark hall way in poor fluorescent light with a dingy chart... she had passed 2 other eye exams with eye specialist the same month with flying colours. When I mentioned this fact and asked the to talk to her specialist they quickly tried to walk it back. Crooks... get better doctors at walk in clinics.

I aint too sure why ppl rate Dr Ruby Ng low rating, but I have had a very good exp with her. My mom has been her patient for over 20 years, my mom got COVID recently, and the clinic has been calling a number of time and wanna to update her status. My mom is 70+, and she is very picky.
