But when I followed up with the insurer, RSA, they said they are meeting a service standard of 7 days. So why don't I have my endorsement? RSA says I should escalate the issue with McLean Hallmark, but my email to the broker goes unanswered and the McLean Hallmark general phone number goes straight to voicemail. Zero service.

Not only was this company able to provide me with the best priced insurance from Windsor to Toronto, I was able to get all of my business taken care of via email and phone simply and quickly, which was extremely convenient! I have just recently found out about the companies enticing policies for motorcycle insurance when you pair it along with existing car insurance which will definitely be put to use summer 2019. I will be passing this company along to friends and family who are over paying or not getting the service they deserve.

I happened to speak to a person named Bianka, who asked me specific questions, understood my individual situation in trying to explore the maximum discounts I could avail. She also answered all the queries I had. And this was not a one time process. I could reach her in email, send any documents that might help. And unlike calling into a random call centre, where you start from scratch with a brand new person, every time you connect, the process here was easy, credit to Bianka. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Tenant insurance is a total scam... tried to make a claim for wind damage to outdoor storage items and they jacked the deductible up to 2000 bucks as soon as they found out there was water flooding in the basement which we weren't claiming as it was a rental home and the owners insurance was covering that. Tried to cancel the policy for the tenant insurance, sent in the proper paper work and they dog legged around with various claims they didn't receive it but yet there were read receipts attached to them so we know they got them. Charged us for the months they claimed they didn't get the cancellation paperwork. Then got rude about it when we asked them about their cancellation policy. They jacked up the rates on my wife's insurance even though she has never had a claim or even a ticket ever. We have currently cancelled all our insurance with them now and they sent us a renewal policy for next week. Since this review we have sent a copy of the cancellation paper work to our attorney as well as faxed and emailed a copy to our so called broker who doesn't reply to emails, phone calls, faxes or letters in an attempt to avoid the cancellation. We have now made sure that they can not withdraw any further funds from our bank since they have not acknowledged our cancellation written using their own cancellation policy paper work .... Avoid this company at all costs if you want to enjoy peace of mind with your insurance.
