★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hurt my knee (torn PCL) Alex helped me in more ways then he really knows.
I had to relearn many everyday movements right down to the basics.
Alex was very patient and knowledgeable.
Not only did I gain back the strength in my knee I also got back my confidence.
I do not have to “baby” my knee I ski snowboard mtn bike (do any activities) I’m not afraid my knee is going to fail me.
Alex is very punctual and transparent.
Very quick to respond to questions .
I would recommend Alex 100%

Mom of two, I was struggling after a running injury and crashes on my bike and snowboard. Not only did I have physical pieces that were stopping me from loving my outdoor pursuits, there was also that scar of fear.
