★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In our experience: As parents & as educators ourselves- if you want absolute LACK of peace of mind over your child's wellbeing, physical safety, and mental health this the place for you. This might be the place for you if you want to discover bite marks on your baby from a much larger child without being told and having to call to get information when you discover it yourself; if you want you child forced to take a photo with a gender confused Santa (without our consent conservative family that does not do Santa) while screaming, crying and being physically corraled and then have that photo sent home as if we'd find some sick humour in it; if you want your child's personal dignity infringed and forced to sit on a toilet without your consent and without prior knowledge or dialogue, (and no hard copy written policy when asked to back up this action) and to only discover after the fact from a half hazard data sheet without a word on it. If you want to be met with a absolute lack of empathy, excuses and defensiveness for your infant from the immediate management team then this place if perfect for you!
