★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian did a full evaluation of my property in 2019, he was very thorough spending a couple hours at my home measuring every room and my property and taking numerous photos. I was sent a lengthy appraisal with comparables and he told me to let him know if I ever needed an update. Invoice for a FULL Appraisal. ✅
A year later Brian was asked to update the appraisal as required for my property division. No photos or measurements were required since nothing on the property had changed. Brian spent no more than 5 minutes on my property. The update was done and sent along with the invoice for another FULL appraisal...I am extremely disappointed as the update only required a search of current comparables.
I reached out to Brian to question him about the invoice and his response was ‘You get the same bill every time you change the oil in your car’
WHAT????? When you go for an oil change you receive the same service every time, they don’t just open and close the cap and then charge you for a complete oil change!
I do not recommend Fraserway Appraisal!
