★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Next Environmental has been a fantastic addition to the real estate community for Vancouver Island. Through all the projects Next Environmental has assisted us with in Greater Victoria, they have always been very thorough in their analysis, been able to think of creative economic solutions and most importantly always been able to meet strict timelines with our clients. I never received a completed Stage 1 within 3 business days before until Next Environmental came to the Island and I know our clients really appreciate the fixed cost quotes that remove a significant amount of risk that we all can appreciate.
