N	Natalie Cole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently brought my kids here to swim and they thought the waves were great. It was pretty clean and the staff were great. Definitely, lock your belongings in the lockers on the pool deck, as there is a lot of theft here - one person had their locker broken into while we were there, resulting in their car also being stolen. My kids really enjoyed the water slides and play features.
H	Harold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were just turned away at the reception after having a reservation for the badminton court by a not very friendly staffer. We arrived 15 minutes after our scheduled time due to being held up at work only to be told our spot was given away. Was very frustrating after we had driven 15 kms and 25 mins in traffic to get to the Newton Recreation Centre. As per the lady at the reception you lose your reservation if you arrive 10 minutes later than your scheduled time, wish we had known. A phone call to confirm reservation and prior to cancelling our reservation would have been appreciated.
K	Kaleb Mack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience and slides, sauna, hot tub and main pool were very fun. The opening/closing times are a bit of a let down as well as the lack of a deeper pool but would go here again. Very good.
B	Bharat Raj Verma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pools are not open everyday. In fact most convenient times are just reserved for paid lessons. Very sad. Same for Guildford center. No pools in Surrey from 4Pm to 7PM for general members/public.

They can walk in the pool area with their outdoor shoes but no one else can. one yelled at me with her squeaky voice for wearing outdoor shoes in the pool area, and the same one went to a white lady and told her..Mam next time don't wear outdoor shoes here. My 12 years old daughter noticed that. Talk about racism or they think all people of color are FOB.

The Family/universal change room is very poorly set up there are only two showers and you have to share them with everyone else. The change room was also so cold it was miserable trying to get my children and I changed after trying to stay warm.
