★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Priya has been a god sent. Best trainer and coach I could have ever asked for. I found her on Instagram, called in and asked for a consult. I was nervous but so happy I met and decided to start training with her. I’m now down -15lbs and feel amazing! You won’t regret it!!! Best trainer I’ve had… up until now I haven’t been able to lose weight alone or with another coach but she changed that. It’s a lifestyle change not a diet. THANK YOU PRIYA!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked out here a couple of times to see what the gym is like. It has all the equipment necessary for a complete workout. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Sagar is a phenomenal trainer; he is knowledgeable and maintains a professional approach to all my questions and lifts. Glad I ended up signing as a member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going to this gym because of Priya Dhaliwal, personal trainer and I’ve had such an amazing experience with her! I started seeing results immediately and have learnt so much about diet and strength training. If I wasn’t moving, I would have kept training with her longer but she’s given me so much knowledge that I can keep going on my own! She personalized everything to my goals and needs. She’s super attentive, very motivating and truly wants to see her clients have results that are long term and sustainable! I highly recommend going to her! Trust me, you won’t regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are great at the gym, especially Bev who makes you feel welcomed every time you get there! She greets me by name only after 1 week of being a member there, this is quality customer service that I did not experience in my previous gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience recently from flex fitness club.
I canceled my subscription in November since I was moving out of province. They said I'd have to give 1 month notice and they'd only cancel the subscription by end of December. A receptionist (guy) confirmed that the cancelation is complete and they won't charge me any further.
However after moving to another province I went on a vacation and came back to notice that they are still charging me the monthly subscription fee in March. I contacted for support and their excuse is that they don't have proof that I asked them to cancel my account. They did not gave any proof that they canceled it either. They did not refund me all the extra charges (except only last 2 payments) saying they don't have any documentation. I liked the atmosphere there but charging me for something I didn't use ($72 after notice period), wasn't fair. This was on top of the pretty good registration fee they charge us.
However the gym itself is very good and the staff are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bev at the front desk is amazing! She always greets you with a warm and welcoming smile. She goes around the gym to make sure everything is sanitized and that the weights are put away! She is super hardworking and goes above and beyond for this gym!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facility that appears to be recently upgraded. There is plenty of space for lifting weights, stretching and cardio. Very crowded after 5pm until late evenings so I recommend scheduling your workout sessions in the mornings if you can. The Ladies only section is fully equipped and the infrared sauna is a great bonus.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
