★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ever place for poutine. I've been to many NYF places but this one is amazing. Miss deswal went above and beyond in terms of customer service. Kudos to her and I'd suggest management to appraise such valuable employee with some sort of promotion or bonus. Keep up the good work girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually love New York fries, but do not order, it's barely a step above gross. it takes 2-5x more time to receive your order then they say.. a stone cold mushy veggie fries. And crusty dry hot dog and bun. Yum.. :/
I hate to waste food at all, but the raccoons get this meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dec 8 5:30-6pm: I ordered a regular poutine and as I was eating I saw there was a hair in it. I went back to the worker and told her there was and she said ejat hair there is no hair and I said why would I come here and say there is one if there isn’t. And she told me she has to take a picture to show her manager and then make me a new one. I showed her where the hair is she took it out and said it’s not hers because it’s short. Who else hair would it be if she was the only employee working at the time and I don’t have short hair either. She through the hair on the counter and said I have to wait to get another one and I said ok. So what happened to having to take a picture of it? Also my second order I threw it in the garbage because she drenched it in gravy and barely any fries or cheese. Worst experience at this mall by far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No napkins given for a takeout order, didn’t put ketchup on the hotdog when they asked for my toppings - instead they gave me a few ketchup packets that were covered in half-dried ketchup. Don’t waste your time or money here
