★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a thorough diagnosis they did find the cause of our overheating. They claimed that they could not obtain the needed part and suggested it could be reproduced locally, in two weeks! After paying a $3347.00 charge we limped on to Jasper where we ordered the part from the U.S. and a local, one man shop, installed it in three hours. If you have motor home engine problems, pray it is not in Lethbridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was touched by these guys. My family and house are underwater in Houston and they went out of their way to help me get home. Just unbelievable in such a busy place, for a bunch of good people to go out of their way to help me get to the airport in time. If you have a choice, go do business with them, they're the kind of people who deserve your business. Thanks and God bless you all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial road service needed to go back to the shop to update his laptop. Upon his return he concluded that the unit needed to go to the shop. Two hours later my unit was still sitting outside untouched. Turned out to be faster to get my regular unit towed from Calgary in replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there on hotdogs day? the waiting room was nice and comfortable the staff was helpful and friendly it is in a convenient location and as a bonus they are dog friendly, myself and two other drivers all brought our dogs in. They seem to be competent mechanics and the free popcorn is delicious it tastes totally like movie theatre popcorn
