★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Individual bedroom, friendly staff and many indoor activities for patients. Place is always clean, they have hair salon inside. Scheduled dentist and nail crippling. Basic insite blood test and nurse. I can't compare with other homes, as this is first one attended. Pretty happy about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and well cared for. It's under. Major renovations right now. Apply through BC HOUSING, market rent is subsidized, mostly bachelor units only a handful of one bedrooms they give to couples only. Affordable rent for the poor. Anywhere from 600- to 1,000 monthly, roughly.
