Where do I start? 5 STARS ***** We recently had all 10 of our older vinyl windows replaced with NEW efficient triple pane lo-E solar reflective windows with the standard white vinyl window frames and new exterior trim. I'm very inclined to write this review and share it with everyone looking for a GREAT window and door replacement company! We had an amazing experience with New Town Windows and Doors! They were knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the product and the proceeding steps to undergo. Very content with our finished enterprise! Thanks again

I had New Town Windows change some glass windows in my home. They changed all the window glass in my house and I definitely feel the difference. I purchased high quality Lo E windows and now the furnace is not running on full all the time anymore. Very happy with my purchase

Contacted New Town Doors to quote me on replacing two doors in my home. Time was of the essence, and so we were largely making the decision based on who could come out the soonest. The owner told us the job would be done inside of 4 weeks. - 4 weeks later my wife contacted them for an update. The owner responded saying that the door was still being finished, and would call back in a couple days to confirm it being finished.... No call came. - My wife often asked for updates, but communication was sparse. -Finally, 8 weeks after, they tell us they can come out. Unfortunately, we'd already planned a camping trip and so we needed to have someone else at the house while the work was done. -In the end, the quality of the work was sub-par, and when I contacted them about it, it took them 3 days to respond. By that point I was quite frustrated, but they offered absolutely no remorse or willing to make matters better. -Here are a couple pictures that the owner said represented excellent work

New Town Windows & Doors was extremely professional in their service and did an amazing job on the installation of windows for our whole house. Special shout-out to Harison for being transparent and recommending us the right windows. We couldn't be happier with the service and end result. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get new windows or doors.

Our experience with Newtown windows and doors wasn't terrible, but a few things has lead me to finally get on here and leave a review. First of all, for the most part, the windows and sliding doors look great. But that's just standard, nothing special. Anything was an improvement from drafty old aluminum frames. However, one of the windows has a tacky glob stuck inbetween the two panes, so I can't get it out of view. This is a Gentek problem, not Newtown. I also think Gentek is not as high quality as other vinyl systems. The windows and doors feel ever so slightly drafty, and the noise that comes through is more than I expected. Another example, when my wife started her car, I could smell the exhaust through the closed window within seconds. That was definitely lame. On top of it all, the windows were absolutely filthy after install and it took me scraping with a razor blade and cleaning them for a couple hours before they looked decent. Our installer was very sarcastic and arrogant. When I asked him questions or expressed concern he shared his credentials with me ("I've been a builder for 20 years") instead of giving me straight answers. So I let him do his thing and waited to see what all that experience looked like. On one hand, they dented my front door while bringing a unit inside. To be fair, I told the installer it wasn't a big deal because we're going to get new doors anyways. But... Come on. What if I had already installed brand new doors? The next thing really frustrated me. I found out that one of our sliders wasn't locking properly. I had been locking the handle and the floor bolt and giving the tug test. Locked. Well yesterday I finally locked the handle and tried to lock the floor bolt, but it wouldn't click into place. Weird. So I tugged the handle, and the door opened up. The hooks weren't engaging the latch on the frame because it was too low. Because they only threw in one screw instead of 5. It's hard not to raise an eyebrow when a guy says he's been a builder for so long but these things happen. Pretty amateur. Oh, and also I found a handful of nails left on our driveway after the installers left. Noice. I'm confident this isn't the regular experience of their customers but when it happens to you it doesn't feel good. I will say, though, to their benefit, Newtown was much more affordable than a quote we received from another company. But maybe you get what you pay for.

New Town Windows & Doors was very productive and knowledgeable in guiding us to know what we wanted and what would be the most efficient and beneficial for us in the long run. We got a quote right away, it was a VERY reasonable price and much more informative than the other company that quoted us. That day my wife and I decided to go with New Town Windows & Doors in Kelowna, to have our two front Windows upgraded to triple pane Low-E glass with vinyl frames and front Exterior door replaced to match. So we placed our order on the same day of our quote and had them installed about four weeks later. On the day of the install, Harison called an hour before to make sure we were still good to go. He educated us on what to expect, for instance, taking down our blinds, moving any furniture, and the process of removing and installing the windows and door. My wife and I are exceedingly happy with our windows and door install. They were very polite and considerate of our floors and furniture, covering them up before any removals. Expeditious and delivered an amazing finished product! We will undoubtedly be calling New Town Windows & Doors for the back of our house next spring! Thanks, guys, a job well done!

We had an excellent experience with New Town Windows And Doors. When they first arrived their sales official was very friendly and curtious. He measured all the windows and informed us on all the possible options we can choose from for our new replacement windows. He also told us about all the new grants that were happening and we decided to go with windows that fit the criteria for the Greener Homes Grant. Upon installation day the installers were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Leading us through the installation process and what to expect from our new windows. After the installation we very much enjoy the comport our triple pane windows bring to our home and we highly recommend New Town for your next window installation project.
