โ โ โ โ โ I purchased a Groupon for this studio and tried multiple times to contact Melissa to book an appointment. I was unfortunately unable to get through and only received one phone call back, when I called Melissa right back there was no answer. I find it extremely disappointing that a business would so blatantly ignore its customers. I had to contact Groupon directly to refund my purchase as I will be sure to never purchase from this studio again.

I have got Groupon as a gift from my husband for laser. I have called them several times to book an appointment but they never picked up the phone call. So disappointed and I have to waste money on that gift. This is so sad.

โ โ โ โ โ I got my lashes done by Julie less than a week ago.. Iโm giving one star because from the very first day they started falling off and after almost a week half of one eye has already fallen off. I received much better eyelash services in the past from other salons which is not comparable with Julieโs work.

โ โ โ โ โ I got laser hair removal here a few years ago and the tech burned my legs and arms so bad. I was scarred with bbq grill burns all over for months! She didnโt answer my phone calls or get back to me after weeks of trying and then finally gave me my money back. Please save yourself the pain and go somewhere else for laser hair removal. This was the worst experience of my life.

โ โ โ โ โ Got a Groupon that said paid in full, they took weeks to respond to my voice-mails to book an appointment, had to pay more when I got there, they used a hair removal device you could buy off Amazon and said they didn't have any UV protection goggles so they put regular sunglasses on my face or a towel, was gonna be 5 minutes late and they said I had to wait a month for another appointment even though I was supposed to be seen every 2 weeks for the hair removal process "to work" which btw it did not. 0/10
