I am soooo glad I came across this company! I didn't know a roof could be BEAUTIFUL!

I was impressed with the hole crew Jen the sales agent I delt with over the phone came out took measurements emailed me quote I accepted it with in 2 weeks they came took a day and a half to install it the install crew whir professional knew what to do very happy with finshed product we live in a high wind area and my roof was done in 09 with 35 year shingle the past 3 years I’ve lost shingles I don’t have to worry about that anymore

They sent a 2 man crew to roof a 1700sq foot house, except the day when there was only 1 guy, smallest roofing crew I've ever seen. Did not have all materials available to finish the job (Snow guards on back order) They also didnt volunteer this information. They asked for payment before admitting they didnt have the items to finish the job which makes me wonder if they ever intended of doing it had I not asked about it. Slow to respond to concerns and questions, they seem to avoid responding to emails. I had an email that didnt get responded to for weeks, and I have some that still never recieved a written response. I selected this company based off of the 5 star reviews. Based on my experience I am doubtful that some of these are real. I will say that the installers were very friendly and the final product looks good. My overall impression of this entire experience is... I hope this roof lasts as long as they claim because I wouldnt want to have to do this again. 2 stars because the roof looks great. -3 because I feel that they tried to rip me off. I cant say for sure that's the case but had they intended to install the snow guards it stands to reason they would have mentioned this prior to packing everything up and asking for the money.. not after. Also they kept setting deadlines for payment but then the roof was not done by the date, that happened twice. It felt they were more concerned with getting their money than finishing the job. Dont blame them but still. If your not comfortable completing a job with a 1k deposit then dont ask for it, ask for enough that your not always worried about being paid. Its stressful for you and its stressful for your clients. Also the day before a holiday when I was having family over they left their ladder up and shingles nails and sharp metal all over the lawn which we had to pick up. They also piled their supplies on the lawn so now theres a big dead patch thatll take who knows how long to recover. The whole thing just wasnt pleasant.

Switched from an asphalt roof to a stone roof for the winter and already saved a lot of money on heating. Incredible customer service and very understanding staff. I would definitely recommend the company for anyone looking to save money without compromising quality. Great workmanship and experience overall.

My wife and I could not be happier with our new roof from New Steel Roofers! From beginning to end, the entire experience was personable, caring, informative, empowering and highly professional. From extremely present, helpful and concerned Jen in the office, through Dave Scott - the most neighbourly and knowledgeable representative ever- to the hardest working, most considerate and highly professional work team (they were done in under two days!). And cleaned up EVERYTHING! Can't say enough about these people and would recommend them without reserve. AND the beautiful roof!!!

Very pleased with our new roof. Everyone involved was very professional. Installation took 3 days and installers were excellent and left the worksite in spotless condition
