K	Kayla Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was probably one of the worst nail salons I have ever gone to… after reading good reviews on here I thought it would have been a good experience but it definitely was not. When I walked into the salon the staff were very rude and not very welcoming, aside from that when I was getting my nails done it really really hurt, I normally enjoy the feeling of getting acrylics but this was just horrible and I had to keep pulling my hand away it got to be so bad and when I asked her why it felt like that she said it’s normal 2 weeks later my pinky nail completely broke off and it was very painful and still is, I have a nail infection now as well which is probably going to result in me having to get an antibiotic for it… My sisters nails on the other hand were a complete mess and they told us to leave the salon before her nails could even dry, the male worker that works at the front told her to stop asking so many questions even though we were paying for their services I would definitely not recommend this nail salon to anyone and I really hope you never decide to go here, star nails in Lindsay is a way better salon
K	Keighla Lutz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into the salon to fix one nail I broke while moving.. they refused and said I need a whole set. Fine. I previously used Biogel - they advised no gel and put on clunky acrylics. I was then informed that you can only get shellac on fake nails .. Well, alright. I just moved here so let's give it a shot. Showed a very specific design I was told 'oh no problem!' to which they did NOT follow at all, after I requested to please fix twice I just gave up. Did I mention they moved me to THREE different desks, pushing my wheely chair around to all different people.. To top it off I heard a lady request to get her eyebrows waxed to which the employee had her lean back in her chair, in the front of the salon for everyone to watch. Just unprofessional all around. Every single nail was chipped, broken, peeling and completely off within 8 days to which my nails are now recovering from.

They are fast, you can show them any picture you want of different designs and they will try their best to match it perfect and also extremely clean and caring! We have been going to New Nails for years and years while also trying a few different salons in between and New Nails is by far the best! They are so family oriented, they make you feel comfortable and relaxed! I look so forward to my bi weekly nail appointments! They are also following Covid protocols perfectly and making sure everyone stays safe! Highly recommend!

Whenever he does my nails I know they will look awesome and will not break and they last the full 3 weeks I want between appointments! He takes time and is gentle. My nails can be sensitive underneath so this is important. He reminds me each visit if I don’t like them he will always redo them! He’s awesome and I highly recommend Henry when making your appointments!
D	Delaney Graham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the best place to get your nails done, I thought my nails were too short to get the flowers on the top corner and the bottom but they made it work and I love it. I showed them a picture of what I would like and they said that they had the exact colour as on the picture, she matched it perfectly. Definitely recommend this place.
