★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner would rather yell and scream at employees rather than institute proper training (including written employee handbooks) or formalized disciplinary procedures, as properly run companies do.
Haha oh my god you guys actually responded, that’s hilarious. Don’t worry, I won’t pursue any more “avenues of defamation,” I’m sure things are rough enough for you as it is, what with all the turnover many companies are experiencing.
I also understand that many companies helmed by bullies without any understanding of how to manage teams effectively, who create toxic work environments, are having a difficult time. It’s hard for those bullies to understand even basic standards of human decency that most people have absorbed by the 3rd grade, let alone the complexities of managing and maintaining an effective team.
Anyways, I wouldn’t want to be too hard on any such owners and managers, as I hope to see them all driving their cars in peace, even if it that car happens to be a hideous lime green Challenger ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our property has gone through many management companies, one even frauded us. New Life took over while we were in shambles and since then they got us funding to be able to upgrade all our kitchens and washrooms and this year they are suppose to start working on the exterior.
