★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watched a driver, today July 1st/2020 at approx 1.15pm just west of falcon lake on the divided highway totally disregard the cars passing him and changed lanes into the left lane forcing a couple cars onto the shoulder.
Trailer ended in 15 55. Guy should be fired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atypical logistics outfit. I took on the job for a specific benefit package that never materialized. Deception is never a good way to begin a working relationship.
The job is physical and demanding with low pay. The unit I was driving was left filthy, the unit had consistent problems that were ignored, photos below.
The morale from the regional drivers was good and the yard supervisor and his staff was fantastic.
Be prepared to pay for your own training and drug testing if you leave before a certain specified period. Be prepared to use your own personal phone for company business. Also be prepared for long hours and no overtime, or I should say no overtime until you reach 60 hours.
Watching my trainer being injured and forced to continue his day gave me serious pause about continuing with this company.
The work itself was enjoyable the customers were great to deal with and you are usually returning to the same places which makes things easier as the time moves forward in the job.
The dispatch and management was questionable unprofessional and that was my reason for departure.
