★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in that building 35 years ago.It was managed horribly then.I wonder if the ice still forms on the inside of the windows still in the winter.

Constant repairs, once a week no water for a day, constant fire alarm testing or other inspections (no privacy), no with the new superintendent all is dirty - elevators etc. arent cleaned properly. Families with kids especially babies dont have a good time there. Its not accessible easy with a stroller (never mind a wheelchair) cause stairs at the main entrance and from the underground parking. Sucks if you're alone having to lift your baby and stroller over the stairs...only the backdoor works for that. There's a constant moving in and out of people there. Its loud, the walls seem thin. There's floor and wall damage.....i could go on and on. It looks good from the outside but falls apart inside. The only plus is that they accept people from different backgrounds, so there's mixed nationalities.
