★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very large expansive up to date play park. Splash pad I’m guessing was here earlier than the play structure since it is kinda basic in nature compared to other parks around the city. Still worthy of a dumpstersquirrel 5 star rating. I might add a great breeze is at this park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find this play area to be the perfect size. Not too big so it's hard to lose track of your kids. There are lots of shady areas whether it's the gazebo or from trees. Also having so many large trees within the play structure is unusual but great for protecting the kids from the sun and it creates a feeling of playing in nature. Splash pad is compact and more than enough - once again you can't lose track of your kids like at somewhere larger like brewer park. Great relaxing view of the water and the soccer field. Yes - it would be nice if there were washrooms but besides that - this is a highly recommended splash pad/play structure.
