The sales clerks are friendly and very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to find what you are looking for. A shout out to "Ken" whom I have dealt with several times. He is excellent and if the item you want is not in stock, he has it brought in from another store and ships it in record time. I highly recommend shopping at this NB location.

E	Easy Fishing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick shoes for my gf who has an awkwardly wide forefoot and narrow heel with high arches. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Were helped by Chris who went out of his way to pull like 20 different pairs of shoes and help narrow down a good shoe that was both in stock and in our budget, and was willing to source a shoe for us at another location should they not have what we needed. We left with a pair she is happy with. Great in-store shopping experience.

The employee went to say that he wouldn't refund the amount because I complained. No update was provided about a delivery date. Rude staff, bad service. Order online better!!! Would never set a foot in that store.

They also put asides other pairs that I might like. They made it easy to take a few pairs, check them out and return the ones that I did not like. Great, attentive, helpful professional service!

When they have stock I'll be going to buy the shoes that I can wear with orthotics. With a quick glance they seem to have a great collection, even though the shop isn't big, they have quite customers.....
