★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely one of the best addition centers ever. First class facility the location food staff counseling services there are. Jan ,Jacki ,Tamika ,are outstanding they are hands on and are super nice .The facility is clean and always looking good. I took my son there 8 months ago and I now have my son back he is clean and doing fantastic iproud dad and son .I recommend this facility to anyone needing help ,there's no better place in the interior for help.Proof is in the pudding I have my best friend back and can't be happier THANKYOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEART ❤❤❤❤❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here. Staff we easy to talk to, understanding and very supportive. My space and privacy were respected. The house is comfortable and well kept. I gained so much in the time I spent here and made some true honest friends. I would recommend New Approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say at first arriving at new Approach in Summerland I was terrified I had no clue what to expect i just knew that my life needed to change. I was slowly killing myself my body was not happy and it showed. When i arrived at the center i was greeted by some of the friendliest people ever. By the time i was finished signing in my nerves were starting to mellow out, i could finally breath.
The way the program is laid out works and works well i have in the past tried so many others and i failed every time. I enjoyed the physical activity part starting our day with the gym and or a hike really set the tone for day... And got our minds and bodies in motion.
The center is beautifully decorated warm and inviting all the i have to say i was very sad to have to leave. That 60 days flew right on by surprising as when i was headed there initially i thought my god this time crawl .
If you are SERIOUSLY wanting to get your life back again. To start over i would HIGHLY recommend New Approach and its staff the best there is. Their knowledge and genuine care for me is one of the biggest reasons i worked so hard there. They respected me and showed me that even though through my addiction i did things i was not proud of i was worth effort to get sober and stay sober. I have a whole other family there now! ??
And Today I celebrate me and my continued journey of recovery.
And if you are reading this looking for help know i am proud you! You've got this the best is yet to come
