★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't bother contacting them for possible projects, they never call you back Everytime I call them the reception says he's in a meeting I'll get him to call you back. Well it been over a week and no call back. And I have reached out twice to try and a meeting up. If trying to get a meeting is this difficult I can't imagine what would happen if you went forward with a project with this company. Save your time and look for somebody else

Richard's dedication begins by really getting to know his clients, understanding their needs, and designing a truly unique home which reflects the personality and soul of each family. His diversity in design, and knowledge of building materials make each home a stand alone masterpiece.
In addition to design, Richard and his team will coordinate all submissions between municipal departments, engineering departments etc, up until Final Building Permits are issued, in a seamless and efficient process.
Regardless the style, size or design, I continue to recommend Richard as he consistently exceeds client expectations.
