As a result of this interaction, I was charged with two very serious offences. I thought my life would be over and the foundation that I worked so hard to build would crumble. I had many sleepless nights, but I felt at ease after discussing my case with Yuvika and Joseph. To build my defense, we hired a private investigator that took a statement from a neutral party that proved my innocence. The prosecution withdrew the charges and we agreed to a peace bond. I wholeheartedly recommend going with Yuvika as she will fight tooth and nail to win your case. I was very satisfied with the results and the speed at which the case was resolved. I am so glad I hired Joseph Neuberger to defend me on multiple charges. I had searched for quiet a while for a criminal lawyer, and I was fortunate enough that I retained Joseph and he saved my future. He is highly skilled, effective and compassionate. I will be forever grateful .It was a horrible night, and my ex-wife made a case against me. I researched almost 6 months to find the best criminal lawyer to protect my life. Most lawyers were scared to take my case or evaluated that my charges would result in a lengthy jail sentence, deportation from the country (I am an immigrant) and loss of my professional license. I had more than 30 consultations with different lawyers in Ontario because I wanted to resolve this matter. Obviously, this was very costly and time consuming. After many months of research, I found Joseph. I believe he is an expert in his field, and he has true skill in handling criminal cases. He also has over 4 decades of experience.
