★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're going to be bent over a desk while insurance companies try to dishonor you in the most old school fashion, this establishment will help comfort you with their great organization, professionalism, and food spread. It's the polar opposite of the same situation in a dark dank basement as portrayed in Pulp Fiction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a few *personal* problems, for example: Disconnected in the middle of a meeting while host and then we were unable to reconnect. We called Vanessa, who was clearly on her break, driving her vehicle when she suggest she pull over instantly, and addressed our issue.
She is an ABSOLUTE ROCK STAR! Thank you again so very much. We will absolutely continue using NR&E in the near future, and the reasons is, Vanessa.
Software was solid as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was fantastic. Excellent modern facilities, large rooms with comfortable seating. Privacy was no concern. Many offices throughout. The food service was particularly good, huge variety in foods and all very tasty. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facilities and excellent mediation services! They even provide free food for brunch, lunch and snacks. Our mediator Jeff was awesome! He met with us initially, explained the whole process and answered all our questions. He kept us updated regularly and we believe he got us the best settlement possible. They're not cheap but they're worth it! Thanks again Jeff! You helped to bring a sense of justice and closure to a very long and stressful situation.
