Ce monsieur s'est dégagé de toute responsabilité, disant qu'il avait suivi les instructions de nettoyage du fabricant. Mais c'est la job d'un nettoyeur d'avertir le client quand il pense que le morceau ne survivra pas au traitement. C'est aussi la job de celui qui endommage quelque chose de s'excuser et de tenter d'apaiser son client. Le nettoyage a complètement ruiné le manteau, et le nettoyeur s'en contrefout. "C'est pas de ma faute". Un enfant de 4 ans aurait eu le même argument. This gentleman released himself from any responsibility, saying that he had followed the manufacturer's cleaning instructions. A 4 year old child would have had the same argument.

J'ai eu également un autre épisode où on m'a fait la morale. L'homme qui m'avait répondu était très paternaliste. Service sexiste ? Peut-être que oui, peut-être que non. Je ne ferai simplement plus affaire avec eux. I was refused a cleaning service, while my partner a few days before had inquired about the same service and was told that there was no problem. I also had another episode where I was lectured. The man who answered me was very paternalistic. Sexist service? Maybe yes, maybe no. I just won't do business with them anymore.

I had a shirt cleaned, which was fine, and also a carpet cleaned, which was not cleaned satisfactorily. In both cases, I found that the female owner was quite reasonable, while the male owner was exceptionally rude, to the point of insulting me when I asked to have my carpet re-cleaned (which the female owner had explained was part of their policy). I moved to this neighbourhood recently and was ready to be a faithful client, but I found that it was too unpleasant dealing with this man, who, again, insulted me verbally several times in the process of getting these two items cleaned. I will never go there again...

I had an antique coat and dress dry cleaned for my wedding and they came out perfectly. My husband then took in some cashmere sweaters and they came out perfectly too. Definitely recommend and will definitely go back. Thank you.
