Such flavorful Banh mi. We tried grilled pork and grilled chicken, both were good. Definitely recommended.

Addicted to vietnamese food these days. Various choices. Tried fried rice cake with eggs. Best before: 24 Jun 2021, hopefully made today (19 Jun) but was very hard, so I guess not. Bubble tea tapioca pearls were bit hard too. Prices are competitive.

I've been eating banh mi's every single week for the the last 10 years (since I've discovered it basically) and tried a LOT of banh mi joints all over Montreal and this one is my absolute favorite! Used to work at the Jean talon market and would eat there almost every day for lunch at one point. I always take the fish cake banh mi which again is my absolute favorite ( never seen another place have a fish cake option). They're very consistent every time I order. They literally make it the same way every time. Should have rated 5 stars much sooner but now taking the time to do it!

meh ,a lot of choices, I toke the original and beef , the taste was me and the baguette was dry, crumbly. Personally I like my baguette fresh and soft, there's a huge difference between a banh mi with a dry baguette and a soft one. If you want to try another spot, pho zui zui sells banh mi , the beef one is amazing.

Delicious Banh Mi, but on the pricier side. Baguette was fresh!

When visiting Jean Talon market area I always buy their amazing Bhan Mi sandwiches: my choices are traditional with bacon, chicken and beef. I had this time their pre-made spring rolls with shrimps and I was impressed by their freshness and the delicious sauce. While in line for my turn I noticed the efficiency and amazing speed of the lady behind the counter assembling the sandwiches, she was laughing with her colleagues (all of them, by the way, wearing masks, gloves and hair nets). They are also kind of a very well provisioned Mini market so you can't resist buying condensed milk, coffee, chips and beverages. I think that the baguettes they use are the best in town.

#Protip Choose option #Original2. This one is closer to typical bánh mì thịt* in Vietnam :) *A Vietnamese sandwich is a fusion of meats and vegetables from native Vietnamese cuisines such as chả lụa (pork sausage), coriander leaf (cilantro), cucumber, pickled carrots, and pickled daikon combined with condiments from French cuisine such as pâté, along with red chili and buttery mayonnaise.
