★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team did an amazing job on my wedding dress. I was very scared and sad to take it in, but the many reviews found online and the staff reassured me my dress would be in excellent care. I had waited about 3 weeks after my wedding to take my dress in to be cleaned because I just wasn't ready to let go of the wedding day! My dress was so dirty, and had a few snags. I was a bit worried for the delicate beading that my dress had but it made it through. It took a week for my dress to be ready and I couldn't wait to get it back. When I arrived at the store it was amazing. It looked cleaner than it did on my wedding day! The all the snags were repaired the best they could which I was amazed they were able to fix them. Only one bead came a bit loose which was no big deal and easily fixed. I opted to get my dressed preserved with their special box and paper. They packed my dress up right in front of me which was happy and sad all at the same time. Happy to see the amazing job, sad knowing I won't be putting the dress on again soon. I highly recommend the services of this team! They are truly amazing and do amazing work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave in my daughter's wedding dress at Royal Cleaners last week. I dealt with the owner who was very reassuring that he could clean the dress with no hesitation. I picked it up one week later- as promised it was "new" again. Excellent service. I recommend this establishment - they are specialists in cleaning wedding dresses at a very reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely phenomenal experience at Nettoyeur Écologique Royal. Michael is very personable and friendly, my mom’s 30 year old vintage silk scarf had stains that disappeared perfectly. Part of his specialty is wedding dresses, and mine was incredibly dirty from taking my wedding pictures in a park (5 years ago!) and my dress now is as good as new. Highly recommend him for his professional work and friendly customer service. Thank you again Michael! Much appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michael exceeded all expectations for cleaning my lace wedding dress. It’s just as it was the day I brought it home from the bridal salon, and this is after being worn at an outdoor wedding (over 2 years ago!).
Not to mention, he also worked his magic on two heavily beaded dresses. I so appreciate Michael’s service - always with a smile and good laugh - and cannot recommend his services highly enough. 5 stars across the board

Cons: Bit of a hike from the metro (but there's always car sharing).
Exceptional experience at Nettoyer Écologique. They provided timely, exceptional, high-quality service. I brought him a wedding dress with almost 20-year old stains on it in March 2019 (Serious procrastination here). The result: They are miracle workers. The wedding dress looks brand new (see photos). The stains are completely gone and there was no scent on the garment. It took less than 2 weeks. They'll ask for a deposit up front but it goes to the final price.
In addition, they provide exceptional responsive customer service. I had a good sense in advance of how much it would cost and what the likelihood was of success. I recommend sending an email with pictures of the item (front, back and close-ups of any details). Be sure to include a picture of the tag so he knows what material of the garment. Plus, if there is any detail work, send a close-up photo.
In brief, I recommend Nettoyeur Écologique highly. It was a pleasure and delight to work with them. The value of the service and the results was well worth it the price. Yes, it is a few hundred dollars; however, if someone is planning to wear the dress again it is cheaper than a new dress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 2 stars only because I've had suits done by them and the job was excellent. Brought a not exactly cheap goose down jacket to be cleaned for the first time. Jacket is about a season and a half old. Came back with deep deep wrinkles on the back and front that could not be steamed out. The rubber liners to all the pockets for waterproofing had completely disintegrated. Brought it to them to be repaired which they offered to do at no cost. The repair job was not up to par though. This was a nearly $700 jacket and it now looks like scrap. The wrinkles they caused could not be steamed out and they did a hatchet job of redoing the pockets where they simply sewed vinyl over the jacket instead of replacing it properly from the inside. See the photos for the stitching job they did (note they just stitched over the jacket instead of creating a proper pocket on the inside) The stitching itself isn't even straight. I am not happy to write this but they ruined my jacket and I won't be returning despite using them since they opened and referring many to them.
