Went in yesterday for details on their machines and the gentleman that helped me was amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional and even made me a latte to demonstrate how the machine worked. WOW now thats customer service.

The store reminds me of the South Park episode where San Francisco residents like to smell their own farts. This is how the staff comes off. As if you are interrupting them when you come to spend money in their store. Waiting in line to buy coffee pods is absurd. So many easy ways to make this more efficient, like a line for ppl who need help and products on shelves (like every other store in the world) for those who know what they want. This store and staff is too full of itself, and treats the customer as if they are doing us a favour in granting us a smidgen of their time. Nespresso is lucky their coffee is so good, but I will order online even though they impose an absurd delivery fee.

You know, you've often heard 'I would sell my soul for an amazing coffee'. Now you can live it. I'm now torn between best and easiest coffee I had in ages and financing a humongous company, polluting the earth (yeah, I know, I can do a 45 minutes ride to recycle them)

Really poor customer service, after waiting in line for half an hour the lady who served me at her counter did not make any eye contact, rude responses and was very openly showing signs of impatience almost immediately after arriving at her counter. Was made to feel very unwelcome and was planning on buying for near 100$ worth of capsules but took only 20 because I just wanted to leave from how absolutely horrible this experience was. This was my first time ever going to a Nespresso boutique and quite frankly will not be returning. But don't take my word for it, upon looking at multiple reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. Inexcusable. What a shame.

I moved nearby and basically switched coffee machine to another brand because of this store. Waiting 30 mins to buy pods and not be given the right ones is ridiculous.

This review is not specifically towards this boutique, but is for the general customer service over the phone and the online platform. We placed an order online and notified right away that the delivery address we entered was incorrect. However when navigating on the online plateform trying to update our address, no options were available to edit or cancel our order. We proceed to calling the service center and the representant told us that there was nothing she can do as she wasn't able to view our placed order, she suggested that we wait for the order to be expedited, which we did. Later we received a notification that our order was indeed expedited, we tried again to see if there was a way to change the delivery address, but that option wasn't available. We called Nespresso again, but still they told us there was nothing they can do as our order was already expedited. There is no way to cancel or edit your order once it's placed. For a high end coffee boutique I believe this option should be available and customer shouldn't go through such hassle to change their delivery address.
